For the past few drama lessons we have been learning how to change our voices and our emotions and how to stay in character, we have played a lot of games related to drama the game i enjoyed the most was "Thank God your here". The reason being is because you had to say things of the top your head, but the other people are in on the play which makes it even harder, the hard thing about the game was thinking of what to say to the characters with scripts that knew what to say, i had a go, and my group and I did a play about fortnite, the characters that were in the play were Tana, Ryley, Jason, and I, the thing that was mostly hard about the whole game was making up a scene to do in the game, i think there were 4 or 5 groups that had a go at this game, it was hard for me as a fortnite player to stay in character because i'm not really a serious person, but besides that our play ended up being good, but my group and I thought we could still do better as a team, but i think every thought it was boring.
The actor can use there body movement by using there hands and using there head nodding and other things like that. The actors did it because it was to entertain people and to test there acting skills and see how good they are at making jokes. I will use these in my performance by showing people my facial express, more body movement, and try to stay in character. I will improve this by practicing.
You know what they practice, practice makes perfect.
That is what my reflection on my topic in drama this week, and last week.
