- White plastic bag.
- Black/white or duck tape Tape.
- 3 piece of wool.
- Plat the wool.
- Fluff for the plastic bag.
Steps:
- You need to get your white plastic bag.
- Then you put your fluff inside.
- You get your wool and plat it.
- Then you put your platted fluff half way in the plastic bag with fluff in it.
- Use the tape to put everything together.
- You have fun with it.
This is how i learned to make a poi.
